There are HEAPS of exercises you can do - rather than doing lunges. So don&#039;t think you&#039;re doomed due to knee issues.

I would suggest you get your knee checked out by the doc too. Just in case.

I&#039;m not sure if you&#039;ve heard for Joey Atlas, he&#039;s a colleague of mine. Joey specializes in transforming (via exercise and diet) women&#039;s lower bodies.

I would highly recommend his lower body program to you. You can also email him first if you like and ask him any questions you have. His program has a HUGE amount of lower body exercise options to whip the lower body into awesome shape. I personally implement these into my own workouts too, Kim. Plus he can give you tips to tailor it to suit your specific knee needs / issues as well.</description>

		<description>I have a quick question. I have a hard time doing lunges due to my left knee making some really bad crunching noises.  Is there anything else you can recommend for a great lower body workout. I know this probably impossible.  Also I just want to say until  now I have never found a site so informative as your. I love it. You anwer questions that everyday people want to know and they are real. With out any crap or scheme.  Thank you sooo much for the time you put into these. I am soo grateful</description>
