		<description>I have long been figuring out my own macros and such but when I used your above equation, my carbs seemed so high. I have been in a fat loss rut lately and maybe it&#039;s due to lack of carbs? Can that really be right? I have a touch of carb-phobia! Goal weight is 130 (currently 143 at 5&#039;5&quot;) and I workout 8.75 hours per week (5 days/wk at 1 hr 45 min).  I double checked my math and my equation came up with 316 g carbs/day? Really?</description>
