Now you say if you have more then 20% B.F you don&#039;t need that extra protien.. and ok shakes don&#039;t get rid of fat quicker. Yet if you did over exceed on protien regaurdless of body would it have no effect then; since you didn&#039;t need it? Would excess just be reject Or would it benifit you?</description>

		<description>WOW! That was very informative.. the one i hear the most is not eating late or before bed time. Which i do anyway like a bowl of cereal.. or something. The protien thing thanks! I never knew how much someone was actually suppose to put into their body. I wiegh 145 lol so perfect set up there for me.. :D... glade you had a good time on your trip!!</description>
