And how you can get past those thoughts of self doubt and feelings of being overwhelmed andfailing… So you can get cracking on moving ahead, jump starting your transformation.
So whether you’re just starting out and struggling with your transformation or are further along and want to nip those last few pounds of body fat in the bud… it’s doable. So have some faith in yourself and listen up!

Hey Wilhelmina – that’s fantastic, so glad you’re enjoying them.
Separately each of the programs are around $30+ each. Which is why we’ve gone with the smaller fee per month (as we’re adding new workouts each month) so that it’s more affordable for members to take advantage of several or as many of the programs as they wish, along with PT support – and the other awesome features included in VFT’s Membership along with the video Q and A’s, Coaching Call Webinars, “Eating”, Support Forum…
The membership is currently $9.95 at the moment, but will be going up to $20 per month soon. And there will also be a 1 year option available as well.
If you would prefer to purchase a straight up 1 year membership at the current lower fee, Wilhelmina, let me know and I’ll set up a special payment link for you
as that would be better value for money for you than purchasing several of them separately.
