    Hey people, I am training to fight my name is Zayne and everything I do doesn’t help so maybe you guys could help with that… Hopefully I’ve been on everything I’ve tried diet pills dieting but still doesn’t work…

      I know the exact person to help you. I’m not sure if you’ve heard of Chad Howse. He’s a featured expert in VFT’s Magazine here.

      Chad’s a boxer, and is in awesome shape (he’s also a personal fitness trainer).

    Well , i am 15 years old and weigh 197 pounds. I am 5’6 1/2 . i dont look that fat. but i woud love to tone up my stomach and my thighs. but i dont know how to stay on the diet or anything !

      Hey Lauren

      There’s lots of free information on VFT’s blog from fitness trainers. So have a browse through and enjoy.

      If you’re after a more one to one style training then you’ll probably want to hire a trainer.

      But go through the posts here – there’s so much awesome info to help you get on track with regards to exercise, nutrition and more!

      And there’s a heck of a lot more to come as well. :-)
