Well , i am 15 years old and weigh 197 pounds. I am 5’6 1/2 . i dont look that fat. but i woud love to tone up my stomach and my thighs. but i dont know how to stay on the diet or anything !

Hey Lauren

There’s lots of free information on VFT’s blog from fitness trainers. So have a browse through and enjoy.

If you’re after a more one to one style training then you’ll probably want to hire a trainer.

But go through the posts here – there’s so much awesome info to help you get on track with regards to exercise, nutrition and more!

And there’s a heck of a lot more to come as well. :-)

Are you male or female? Are you wanting to gain muscle because you’re currently underweight (in relation to your height) or because you just want to build muscle in general?
