If you&#039;re after a more one to one style training then you&#039;ll probably want to hire a trainer. 

But go through the posts here - there&#039;s so much awesome info to help you get on track with regards to exercise, nutrition and more!

And there&#039;s a heck of a lot more to come as well. :-)</description>
