Hello,I'm currently working in a wharehouse as a order selector moving thousands of pounds by hand in a 10 to 12 hour shift 4 days a week.In a 3 month period I have lost 20lbs and am now 173lbs at 6'2".I am also mostly vegan but occaisionaly eat seafood and turky twice a year,no dairy. I feel I need to increase my muscle mass to perform my job and improve my quality of life.I have purchased a nutribiotic rice protein powder and have been reading that it maybe not a complete protein.I don't like soy milk but occaisionaly eat tofu.Currently I drink a shake with 120gms of protein from the powder 2 grams from 2 cups of almond milk 1 banana and 1tbsp of coconut oil that I add for other reasons. Can you tell me if this would be considered a complete protein in itself and if not would adding some hemp protein powder change things as i'm trying to avoid the bean based powders. Thank you very much.
