Pea Protein Powder – unflavoured (vegan friendly), gluten free flour, olive oil, chilli powder, paprika, cummin, chives, ground black pepper, Himalayan salt, mix together with filtered water to thick dough. Saute zucchini, onion, mushrooms, spinach, capsicum then mix into the dough. Into the oven for around 40 mins on 180 Celsius.
Don’t ask for measurements, it’s a “Mandy creation”, so it’s just throw it all in. 🙂 xo
The only extra thing I would add next time is some nutritional yeast.
But it tastes great without it too. xo
