You start one (or don’t), got bored, got through 1/3 of one, don’t feel in alignment with it anymore, have forgotten about it, don’t care about upgrading it. Paid for a DIY course to help you with launching it, but never finished it. Or just can’t decide on a price, so you don’t bother.
And now YOU’RE stumbling around in limbo, about what to put into your new services and packages. But nothing feels good enough…

– STEP 1: GET YOURSELF AN ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDY OR COACH WHO SPECIALISES IN THIS!
If you simply can’t bust through the overwhelm, and don’t want to follow any steps, because you’re simply over it 🙂 …
Get yourself a buddy or INVEST in coaching with someone who totally rocks at this.
I’m blessed with the ability to be able to get my clients crystal clarity on their services, packages and pricing! I’m confident in saying I knock this out of the park! I love straight up, effective strategy and systems. That don’t fluff about. And getting in there, and getting it done PRONTO!
But if this is where you struggle in a big way…
If you feel like you’ve tried everything under the sun to prevent yourself from drowning in package and pricing overwhelm, and can’t get beyond it…
Stop messing about and just invest in someone to help you, so you CAN get super clear and start creating and getting your services out there ASAP… Make it happen!
INVEST + TAKE ACTION = Return on investment / bringing in MORE clients and $…so you can add more “0’s” onto your income!
– STEP 2: LAY IT ALL OUT THERE!
What do you want the outcome to be for your client? What’s your “why” for the service / program?
What problem are you solving for them? What’s their “why” for the service / program?
What steps do you want your clients to take to get there?
What content do you want to offer?
How do you want your clients to feel?
How are you going to deliver it?
How are you going to market it?
Even though it seems easy to block out all of this… 🙂 … with your eyes glazing over…
The sooner you get it done, the sooner you’ll be providing your amazing gifts to the world.
– STEP 3: FIRE UP THE CONTENT CREATION PROCESS – START WITH WHAT YOU’RE GIFTED AT!
If there’s something you’re kick ass amazing at doing. You know you can get it done quickly or more efficiently because you love doing it. Then start there! This will help inspire and motivate you!
The tasks that you procrastinate on, that are absolutely holding you back… Then hire someone else to help you with them.
The amount of online business peeps that figure they’ll save themselves dollars by doing a DIY course on something, but never actually follow through on it…
Then stuff about for 6 months, 1 year etc… feeling like they need to get onto it, because without that, they can’t create their program…
That amazing program, more than often, NEVER gets created and that’s a whole lot of TIME WASTED …AND INCOME $ THAT ISN’T COMING IN.
Wouldn’t it have been easier to have hired someone?
Don’t make your services and programs unsolvable, when they can be solved, created, launched and put out there, faster than you think.
I have a high level VA Business manager that I refer my clients too (she works with some of the most successful big guns online), because I want my clients to sky rocket their projects, services and programs… And not have their income or business continually coming to a screeching halt.
If things like videos, word press, funnels, emails, social media, blog posts… if any of that is STOPPING YOU… Do what you can, then get someone else to do the rest.
– STEP 4: PRICING
If pricing your services and packages has you thrashing around in your bed at night, feeling sick… you can’t sleep because you’re worried you’re going to mess up on your pricing…
Then you’re going to have to take the leap and make a decision. Don’t let that be the ONLY reason you’re not getting your gifts out there.
Women especially, most of us go through this… That’s undervaluing ourselves and our services and over delivering to make up for it.
If you’ve over-delivering to the point where you’re confusing yourself, then you’re probably confusing your potential clients (and current clients) too.
Time to stop feeling shitty about your pricing and yourself. Because if you’re putting that energy out there, you can bet others are going to feel it too.
Here’s a few “how to” and “quick thinking pricing” tips…
a. Stop over-thinking and resisting it!
b. Stop under-pricing your services!
c. Start appreciating your true value!
d. Stop offering everything and the kitchen sink.
e. Simplify your packages so people understand what you’re offering and the outcome.
– Step 4.. BONUS TIP…
Think of a price that doesn’t challenge you (eg… especially if you’re constantly in the mindset of “oh it’s cheaper so people will buy it). Then double that! Yes double it! Then find a number / price in between that… that feels scary, but doesn’t make you feel “yuck”. That’s your NEW price. Done and dusted. …You can always change it later.
– STEP 5: SELF-BELIEF
You might think this is obvious…
This is a biggie! It will bring your business to screeching halt!
You need to step up and start believing in yourself. Have rock solid faith that you know you can do this.
This was one of the biggest acknowledgments that transformed my life and business… and made it soar!
That was knowing, deep down, from the bottom of my heart and soul, that I absolutely could create amazing business and body transformations. Even though I had clients raving about working with me… I still doubted myself back then.
Even on the days that I might experience those occassional lows and roller coaster moments now (that all entrepreneurs experience)… I still recognise my gifts and how powerful they are.
If you don’t “get that”… Then HOW is your audience or potential clients going too?
Trying to manifest awesomeness for yourself when your head is doing the opposite is going to show up in your marketing, your programs, packages and services, in your conversations about yourself and your business.
Let’s face it, if you didn’t have some faith in yourself you wouldn’t be reading this, you wouldn’t have dreams and goals for your business, you wouldn’t have that hunger… that “want” for more out of life.
What is it that excites the hell out of you, that you know you confidently kick ass at?
PROMISE ME… THAT YOU’LL PROMISE YOURSELF THIS…
Make it YOUR GOAL to have launched that dream program you’ve always wanted to put out into the world within the next 14 days. That service or program (no matter how big or small that service or package is) that you know without a doubt can change people’s lives in a massive inspiring way.
If nothing else, at least start the launch on it! To give yourself an extra week or two to create it and to build momentum. Get it out there asap!
Don’t wait another 6 months. Start working on it asap!
Remember you are POWERFUL… Stand in that power… Own it!
That income you want, those extra 0’s… is all about getting your inner most awesomeness out to the world.
