I had someone ask me recently…
“Mandy, How do you have such a deep soul IMPACT on your clients and get them results? I want to be able to do that.”
“How do I do that without appearing weak or not kick ass enough?”
“Can I really be an effective or successful coach or do I have to change WHO I am?”
“I’m worried people will think I’m lazy, not a good coach, not an effective leader, because that’s what I’ve heard others say etc, about entrepreneurs that are more “chill”…”
Ok…
💖💝 I’m telling you this because years ago, I felt that same fear. And I take full and total responsibility for that…
I struggled with being who I am. My own inner-conflict… listening to people who weren’t in alignment with me and simply not believing in myself…
Only to discover throughout that journey that it was an amazing gift that I had, and the world needed to experience it.
So sit tight, I’m going to use my own story as an example here…

💖💝🌺🎉 1. I coach from a place of compassion, love, drive… a deep soul passionate impactful place.
A “fire in my belly” drive to help clients succeed. And to help them find that deep soul impact place within themselves – whatever that may be.
So they wake up excited, full of exhilaration about what they do, focused on abundance in all areas of their business, their body, their life…
I have deep connections with my clients. I’ve had clients cry on many occasions grateful for the unconditional love I bring to the table with my coaching.
They crack up laughing with joy, with me being a “coach / soul sister / friend” all mixed in together…
I know that may not be what works for other coaches, but it’s what works for me.
And deep down, YOU know what works for YOU…
You just need to believe in your INNER AWESOMENESS, your INNER ROCKSTAR and UNIQUE GIFTS. The leader that’s there, that wants to come out…
💖💝🌺🎉 2. For me, personally, I can still coach very effectively without crossing boundaries… Because I’m very intentional with my energy.
I’m saying this because I want you to understand you can also do this… Don’t be afraid of this.
You can still coach from a soul based place and get great results for your clients… and have boundaries.
So for example… if a client shows up with drama… I won’t feed into it. I’m compassionate, understanding and heart felt… But I’m not going to sit there and bitch about it with them. Because that doesn’t help them. I don’t want them drowning in their stuff, they don’t want to be either.
We address the blocks, achieve awesome breakthroughs and rock their word with awe inspiring action and implement it asap.
I know this is something that many entrepreneurs struggle with, taking on people’s energy if the client is experiencing negativity or blocks.
I’ve learnt from some of the world’s leading female soul based coaches how to deal with this… So you’re not feeling depleted or exhausted after working with your clients.
I personally do mindset / law of attraction work, before and after each coaching session to ensure I bring the most amazing ultimate energy to each coaching session and client.
So please don’t feel that if you’re energetically based, it makes you weak or a bad entrepreneur or leader. Create your own routine around your work so you can be at your best, creating powerful outcomes for your clients.
💖💝🌺🎉 3. I work with clients who I get amazing vibes from. Coming from various income levels.
Never presume someone can’t afford your services.
I’m not saying you should work with someone that you don’t have a good intuitive feeling about…
I’m saying it’s easy to assume that because you think someone can’t invest, that they won’t. Even if you’d love to work with them.
Have the conversation and see if they’re the right fit.
I’ve had clients that are on amazing incomes levels.
I’ve also had clients who have struggled financially… And I’ve had a mind blowing feeling of overwhelm to work with them – because I know they truly will put in the work they need too.
🎉 We’ve worked out a deposit… And we get working straight away together. And 99.99999% of the time because they follow through… They’ve got abundance and money coming into their business and lives, their body’s are transforming… within 2-3 weeks, before the next payment is due.🎉
🎉 EXCITING!…
The amount of times I’ve had coaching clients say to me… “Mandy, do you mind?… I’m going to pay off my coaching package early”.
💖💝🌺🎉 4. I don’t mess around.
Here’s the thing… I hear this a lot in the Entrepreneurial space…
People presume that because someone is soul based or seems more chill that they’re not going to bring results, or they’re not driven enough to help you excel…
That’s absolute rubbish!
I’ve had clients tell me when we start out, that they’re trying to be a “certain” way – more aggressive or hard core – because people will think they are successful.
First up…
You can be hard core, aggressive, you can be chill… or whatever you want to be…
You can be putting in long crazy hours, you can do hardly any hours, you can do all kinds of stuff that someone tells you to do because you think burning the candle at both ends continually is going to bring you big bucks or guaranteed success.
But if your heart and soul isn’t into what you are doing… If you’re not deeply passionate about it, your clients and their outcomes…
Then whatever personality you are, or choose to put out there, isn’t going to bring you the results you truly want.
There’s a big difference between doing “lots of stuff” and actually doing things that are going to move you forward and create the soul based success…
The success and abundance that’s waiting for you.
Even if the craziness and pretense works for a while, you’re going to struggle with the momentum of it, if your heart isn’t in it.
Pretending to be someone else will do your head in. I’ve seen people fall victim to this over and over… and sabotage their business and sanity.
