I know how difficult it can be when you’re struggling to get to get into shape and you just keep hitting roadblocks. I don’t want you to have to struggle to lose every pound, kilo or percentage of body fat.

Most people are relying on the old “toughen up princess” fitness process to transform their bodies, but once you’re on your own, and you don’t have someone yelling at you, screaming at you, telling you what to do, you don’t know how to make it happen for yourself. And it’s no surprise that once you’re left to your own devices, that things start to fall to pieces.
I’m here to tell you, there is a way to jump start your efforts, get in the right mindset, set your fitness efforts up for success, doing it on your own terms, making it fun, making it your own fitness lifestyle and not someone else’s.
Doing it from a place of compassion and passion for yourself and what you want out of life. Rather than wasting years going around in the old cycle that so many continue to go in, that can cause frustration and disappointment.
And I’m living proof that it’s possible to come out the other side with a body that you can be proud of.
Over the years, I’ve done courses and read up on loads of strategies on new methods and techniques on maximizing fat loss and lean muscle… Some worked, some were mediocre and some were more effective than others…
HOWEVER the underlying issue was that unless you’re prepared to follow all of these workouts timestakingly and meticulously, it would become very much about “all or nothing”.
You give it everything, but then it becomes so overwhelming, you start playing mind games with yourself, things don’t fall into place as much as you’d hoped, you’re trying to fit it in between your dreams of being a successful entrepreneur, your career, your family commitments, study, your eating gets off track, your workouts fall off the rails, you start feeling like you’re failing and before you know it you’ve given up on your fitness efforts completely.

But it’s true when it comes to consuming a healthy eating plan that you can implement for the long term.
When I show you in the Bootcamp how you can start creating and implementing your own eating plan to help you reduce body fat and support lean muscle, you’ll be wondering why on earth you thought it was so hard.
I provide a sample eating plan of what I personally eat, along with meals and menus that I’ve created for my clients to use. So you get an idea of what it involves and so you don’t have to wait around for the right time to take action, you can get started asap.

I’ve heard so many women say “I don’t want to eat weird veggies and fruits”, “I don’t like the strange foods that people eat that are in great shape”, “there are too many limits on food”, “I don’t want to not be able to consume fruit”… unless you’re eating absolute junk all the time and are quite happy with trashing your body with crappy food, then you’re going to be pleasantly surprised.
When I’ve shown this food list to clients they’re shocked that they had so much choice. This isn’t about consuming protein shakes and broccoli all day. I want you to see for yourself the various foods that can be included in your eating plan, and how you can design menus and meals for yourself using ingredients that you actually enjoy…
