Bent Over Dumbbell Row – Palms Forward

August 6, 2012 By Mandy Gibbons

Bent Over Dumbbell Row – Palms Forward

Start with a dumbbell in each hand and knees bent. Bend over so your back is nearly parallel with the floor, keeping your abs firm and back straight throughout the exercise.

Your arms should be extended downwards towards the floor and your palms facing frontwards using an under hand grip. Pull the dumbbells up towards the sides of your stomach, keeping your arms close to your body. Lower the dumbbells down again and repeat the exercise until you have completed your set.

If you’re new to this exercise, don’t bent over as far.
