Fitball Side Crunch

Lying on the floor have your legs bent and your feet resting on the fitball. Have your arms extended behind your head.

Raise your arms, head, shoulders and upper back off the floor reaching your arms over to the right side of your knees. Lower yourself back down again and repeat on the left side.

Continue to alternate from one side to the other.
