Fitball Single Leg Bridge – Advanced
Place the exercise ball up against the wall so that it doesn’t slip from under you. Start with your upper back against the ball, and your legs out in front of you with your knees bent. Have your arms at your sides and your hands on the floor for balance. Raise your left leg upwards. Drive through the heel of your right foot, squeezing your glutes lifting your butt and hips off of the ground. Pause at the top of the moment and lower yourself down again so you’re only a few inches from the floor. Repeat until you’ve completed your set.
