Fitball Sit Up
Lying on a fitball have your legs raised and bent with the soles of your feet on a wall. Have your hands either side of your head.
Raise your head, shoulders and upper back contracting your abs. Then lower yourself back down again. And repeat to complete your set.
Note: I’m using the smith machine bar because the lighting was better there for filming as it was a grey miserable day and really dark outside. What ever you use you want to make sure it’s super stable.
