In / Out Hammer Curls

Stand with your chest out and your midsection firm.

With a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, using a hammer grip, raise your dumbbells up to perform a hammer curl.

Lower the dumbbells back down and turn your forearms out to the sides. Raise your dumbbells up again then lower them.

Turn your forearms forward again so that you’re at starting position. And repeat the sequence.
