Lateral Bench Hop Overs
Stand, side on, next to a bench. Now bend over and place your hands (one on each side) at one end of the bench. Make sure your grip is firm.
Keep your tummy tight, knees bent and your back straight.
Using both legs push off the ground bringing your legs up behind you – so they don’t hit the bench – so your legs clear the bench and land on the other side of the bench.
Now using both legs again, push off the ground, repeating the same movement so your legs land on the other side of the bench.
Then continue to alternate from one side to the other.
