Medicine Ball Alternating Leg Crunch
Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat. Have your arms extended behind your head holding onto a medicine ball.
a. Raise your left leg up, while also raising your head, shoulders, upper back and arms… bringing the medicine ball towards your ankle. Then lower your left leg and upper body down to the floor again.
b. Now raise your right leg upwards while also raising your head, shoulders, upper back and arms… bringing the medicine ball towards your ankle once again. Then lower your right leg and upper body down again.
c. Then raise both legs upwards, while also raising your head, shoulders, upper back and arms… this time reaching forward with the medicine ball bringing it between your legs.Then lower your legs and upper body down again.
Then repeat this sequence.
Note: To make this exercise more difficult keep your legs straight.
