Side Lying Leg Raise
Lie straight on your right side, have your head resting on the hand of your right bent arm. Place your left hand on your waist or hip. Have your legs extended with your right leg on the mat. Keep your midsection firm.
Hold your left leg just above your right leg and then raise it upwards. Don’t go too high! Then lower your left leg down to just above the right leg – without them touching – and then raise your left leg again. Repeat to complete your set. Then swap sides.
