YET..! You chose to hold onto it.
In fact, you make excuses for it.
And come up with continuous reasons why you need to continue it.
And why you “feel” it has to stay within your life.
It’s like you’re hanging onto it for dear life.
You go around in circles, brushing it off, like it’s not that serious, yet you treat it like it’s everything.
You kinda, a little bit, are trying to figure out what you’re going to do about it, but even then you STILL make excuses for it.
You play the “blame” game.
Blame everyone you know, your family, your friends, your workmates for You being in that predicament.
You blame everything you can think of, “too busy, can’t be bothered, I was just born like this”.
You talk yourself out of taking “real action” on it, because you’ve convinced yourself that you need it in your life and that you can’t stay sane without it.
You say you really really want the body you’ve always dreamed of having…
But do you?
Do you really want those goals?
Do you truly want to achieve that dream body?
Are you willing to step up to the plate, and do what it takes, to make it happen?
Or are you just messing about and putting off what really needs to be done.
Stuck in your comfort zone… and living in fear as to what might happen if you take that next step and just “let go”.
Can you “let go”?
Of course you can.
Will you let go?

So what’s scaring you?
Are you prepared for the awesomeness of what might take place, the amazing results, the cool new life you’ll create for yourself?
Are you worried it might change your circle of friends? Open up the door for new amazing friends and opportunities? Or how your family and work mates think of you?
Are you really going to allow everyone else to control whether or not you achieve the body of your dreams? Something that you know you deserve to have.
Are you ready to let go of your stubbornness and wake up and realise this isn’t about anyone else, it’s really about you.
It’s time to let go of the bull-shit you’re telling yourself. The self-sabotaging comments in your head that are on repeat…
That’ve been played so many times now, it’s turned into your reality.
You’re not crazy, you’re more than capable of doing this.
You don’t’ have to let this thing and your own negative self talk rip your dreams out from under you.
