Do you ever feel like you’re stuck in a rut with your fat loss efforts and the body that you truly want to achieve?
Do you look at everyone else and get frustrated that you aren’t in the best shape that you know you could be in?
In today’s blog post I want to ask you, Are YOU asking for the body you really want?
What do I mean by that?
Whether you’re asking it of yourself, your friends, asking the universe – whatever it is that works for you – are you putting it out there and stating what your goals are? What are you asking for?
Are you confident that you’re going to achieve the body you truly want? Or do you hide your goals from people because you’re worried that your efforts to get into awesome shape may not work… so better to not say anything at all.
Let’s start from the top.
Put it out there and tell people, share your excitement about wanting to truly get into shape, transforming your body and your lifestyle to something that is going to inspire you, increase your confidence and live your life the way you want to live it.
By doing this, as scary as it is, you get to hold yourself accountable, and others get to hold you accountable, but in a supportive way. Share it with the people that you know will support you. With friends that have a positive outlook on life, with family members that want to see you reach your goals.
If you don’t have this support, then find it. Because you deserve better. C’mon on over and register at the 21 day KSYT (Kick Start Your Transformation) Challenge FB group and participate. – I’m looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂
Putting what you want out there, helps light that spark and motivation to just “go for it” and do it.
If you’re too scared to put it out there, ask yourself why? What are you saying to yourself that’s stopping you from sharing your desires to get into awesome shape? What do you believe about yourself that’s holding you back?
Is it because you are expecting to fail? If so why do you think that? If you are already thinking this, then you’re screwing yourself over from the get-go, because you’ve set it in stone in your mind that you’re going to fail… and you haven’t even started yet.
How accurate is everything you’re telling yourself? Do you just say these things to yourself because it’s easier to stay in your comfort zone, rather than put yourself out there and really give it a 100% effort.
Start telling yourself the opposite of the negative stuff that you believe about yourself.
I’m going to fail – instead say “I’m going to kick ass at this”
I can’t do this – instead say ” I can do this”
Everyone will laugh at me – Instead say “Everyone will support me, because I’ve asked for support and encouragement from people who care about me and genuinely want to see me move forward.”
It’s too hard – Instead say “I’ve planned things out this time, I’m organized, I’m responsible, I’m capable of doing this”
I don’t deserve to get results, because I get overwhelmed or never follow through a – instead say “I am worthy, I deserve this, I’m ready for change, I’m going to make it happen”
If you’re asking for no results, you’ll get them, if you’re asking for great results, putting in the effort, being kind to yourself, and giving yourself permission to have the wonderful things you deserve in life, then things will start to change for you.
So I ask again, are you asking for the body you really want?
Love today’s post? Then please share it and spread the love.
