I want to share something with you today… I want to speak from the heart.
I’ve been doing some major soul searching. Don’t worry I’m not going to get too woohoo on you here… but I want to share this with you, actually it’s because of you that I’ve been doing this. That’s a good thing.
Speaking with VFT subscribers has taught me so much about your struggles, what you want to achieve with your fat loss and lean muscle goals. But behind all this I hear very similar struggles from you.
It just makes me want to help you more, help you gain more clarity with your goals, help you feel like you’re worth it, help you realize that when things go wrong with your fitness efforts that it’s not a failure, it’s just another lesson in life. An obstacle that you’re faced with so you can learn from it and overcome it.
We let our fears get in the way of so much in our lives, especially when it comes to looking after our health and allowing ourselves to get into great shape.
I want to share one of my fears with you today.
So here it is… I’ve been afraid that if I don’t spread myself and help everyone as much as I can, that VFT subscribers will resent me. There, it’s out there!
I’ve struggled with this for a while now, I didn’t want anyone to miss out on receiving the help you required.
I’m very much a Nurturer.
I feel like it’s my job to protect you from the “baddies” of fat loss and getting into shape. And to help with topics that subscribers request that often aren’t specific to what I would normally specialize in. Which can often mean way too many topics, not just for me, but for VFT subscribers to keep up with.
Now, I know I can’t protect and teach everyone, as much as I’d like too.
So I’m facing my fears, and sharing with you that I’m going to focus only on teaching you what I believe is really important for you to know and learn. And work within your requests based around that.
I know how easy it is for folk to get side tracked with your fitness and all the other bits and pieces that you think you need to know or should be doing.
But why waste your time on those, when you can focus more on doing the things that work, are necessary and that are super effective. Helping you gain more clarity so you truly understand about getting into great shape.
So now it’s out there! That’s my fear. And now it’s no longer. 🙂
I love coming from a place of compassion, sure I can be very direct also, but I truly adore and care for the VFT community and my clients. I know that’s not the norm, and I’ve copped a bit of flack for being “too caring”.. but I’m proud, and love, that I care. Because that’s me, and I’m comfortable being that. Let’s face it, in the online fitness world, “caring” and being “personal” get’s lost a little. So I’m totally up for keeping that going and sharing the love.
