How many times, when looking in the mirror, have you turned your head, looked at the back view of yourself, and not been happy with your thighs and butt?
How many times has someone taken a photo of you and you’ve seen it later, posted on facebook, and felt sick in the stomach with how out of shape your butt and legs are?
It’s frustrating isn’t it?
Worst part is… you didn’t notice it as much, because you don’t often check your rear end and thighs in the mirror…
Then your mind starts playing games with you with thoughts like…
“wow, if I haven’t noticed it, then it means that it’s been there all that time, my legs and butt being out of shape, and everyone has been seeing it in full view and not me”
You start thinking back to special occasions, times when you’ve had shorts on or a shorter dress… where others may have seen your legs and butt and you didn’t even realize it.
Then… you really start freaking out!
You figure it’s easier just to cover up your legs and butt completely. Wearing clothing, in summer, that has you sweltering because you’re so self-conscious.
You start to feel like you’re missing out. It’s not fair…
You’re frustrated with everything about your legs and butt. You’re tired of feeling like your thighs are sagging, or just not as firm as they used to be, or maybe they’ve never really been sexy and toned.
Maybe you think that’s it’s probably not even possible anyway.
Feeling like you can’t enjoy life because you’re keeping yourself “hidden” is soul destroying and affects so many areas of your life.
So today rather than thinking about “why you can’t do this, or you can’t do that” because you’re not happy with your legs and butt…
How about just tossing those thoughts aside and considering that you can do it.
