Here’s what’s **SUPER COOL** about the Donga Workouts :
The Donga Workouts (named after the accommodation that Miners live in when they’re working at the mines) is designed specifically for limited room and no gym equipment… These workouts come in super handy if you’re going away on holidays, want to workout in your office, don’t have any gym equipment and are very limited with the amount of room you have at your home or where ever you’re training. Plus their low impact. So if you’re in an apartment or Donga they won’t make heaps of noise. 🙂
Beginners Workout – Lose Fat and Tone Up – if you haven’t exercised in a while, or are new to exercising and resistance training… then this workout is for you.

3. Forums – Jump on in and say “hi!”
A heck of a lot of hard work has gone into the set up of the forums. With a 50/50 tie of members voting for either the private forum or the facebook private group – I chose to do both. 🙂
It’s vital for your progress to surround yourself with people that support your goals and are there for you to help inspire and motivate you. Even if you’re not into “forums”, still log in and introduce yourself. Because on those times when you need a pick me up or need help with your workout or your eating plan – you’ll be so glad you’ve got the forums to rely on.
