Here’s the thing, there is NO “one-size-fits-all” program… everyone is different!
VFT’s Membership isn’t one to one training, BUT I DO want to do my best to provide you with the workouts, nutrition, training advice and support to help you succeed.
As I said above… no one is the same… for some people motivation is their biggest hang up, for others it’s finding a workout that suits them, and for plenty of folk it’s tackling what to eat. Then there’s lack of confidence, self esteem issues, or injuries or medical conditions…
