This Member has worked her tail off and is reaping the fat loss rewards she so deserves. Kj, you rock! I’ve created a new workout, and I was floored by the fat loss results from it, so I wanted a VFT Member to personally try it to see if they got similar results to what I received. And Kj did. Kj has been so awesome in “putting it into action” so I can get her feedback and we can adjust the workout to suit. She’s stepped up to the plate on every occasion.
Once again this just proves that getting involved, interacting and being committed trumps sitting back and wishing you were doing something. So proud of you, Kj!

This is the workout I used leading up to my photo shoot. I struggled before my photo shoot with burn-out / overtraining… So I cut right back and re-wrote my whole program. And boy did it make the world of difference. Especially to my shoulders, butt and waistline. I’ve uploaded it to the Members area and you can access it here:
