It’s about feeling and being the ultimate version of you, an inner feeling, a surge of wanting to get up each day and conquer it and make an impact in your own life and others, genuinely caring about yourself and how you can change your life, your family’s life (those around you) other people’s lives too – while still being true to you, who are you, and being yourself.

There are plenty of people out there in incredible shape, that have done it on their own. They weren’t PT’s. They didn’t even hire a coach. They researched, they asked people at the gym they went too, they asked friends online and offline that they knew who could give them advice.

PT’s have struggles too, because at the end of the day, we all have challenges, things that come up in life that bowl us over.

What are you saying to yourself to ensure it doesn’t happen?
AND “Why” are you saying this to yourself?
If you heard someone saying this to themselves… What would you say to them?
You’d jump in, STOP them from saying that… and encourage them because you’d feel terrible they were saying those things to themselves, right?
Everyone doubts themselves, everyone has feelings that they’re not worthy or not good enough, are fearful. We all have things in life that sometimes we feel like it’s just too hard.
Rather than beating yourself up over all of this stuff, just be ok that you feel like this when you do – choose to let it go – and move on. Don’t let it take over your life.
If you took all those things away… those horrible things you say to yourself, that fill you with doubt and fear…
Where would you be right now?

No more “I don’t have money”. Because you’ve let go of that excuse and obstacle and found a way to make it work either with or without it involving a lot of monetary expense.
It’s all about priorities.

Have faith in the process.
Have faith in yourself.
Make each day count, even if it’s not perfect, you’re still doing it.
Follow through on your workouts, your eating, your mindset… Don’t throw obstacles in front of yourself to make things harder for yourself.
