Lay Over Ball Abdominal Stretch This is a variation of the sitting abdominal stretch which is located here. This stretch actually works even better if you have something rounded that you can lay over, such as an exercise ball. That way, the ball supports your weight, so you can just let your body relax and really get a good stretch. This is also the best approach for anyone with back problems.
