Ok… How This Works
Before you start your 21 Day KSYT, check your email!
You’ll receive 21 Day KSYT Challenge daily emails this week guiding you through the Challenge. All doable, with the aim being to maximise your results. You’ll receive emails every second day after that. So you don’t get overwhelmed.
BONUSES: And in week 3 you’ll receive some very special EMAIL ONLY bonuses (rewards for hanging in there and kicking butt!)
You can perform this program for up to 4-6 weeks and a minimum of 3 weeks (after the intro week), to give you the opportunity to really kick things off for yourself.

Step 1 – Lets get started…Mindset, Motivation, Measurements and Goals
- Take your measurements. Write them down.
- Take your before “photos”. One of you facing the camera and the other photo side on.
- Find your goal clothing eg… your favourite dress, jeans and use that as a guide for your results.
- Write down your goals and what it means to you to get into awesome shape.
- And then look at it every day… along with the following pdf that you’ll complete in this video.

Re-confirm your commitment!… That you want to make changes and you’ll stick with this workout. You’re going to kick butt!

Don’t forget to post your workouts into the facebook group!
Step 3 – Eating and Nutrition
Think about the top TWO TO THREE things that you know that are probably hampering your efforts to get into awesome shape. Eg… Consuming soft drink, snacking late at night, eating lollies or potato chips mid-afternoon for a pick me up etc.
And commit to not doing that for 3 weeks. I’m not saying don’t do this for the rest of your life. I’m saying commit to this, and see the impact it can have in just 3 short weeks.
This is really to prove a point to you, so you can see it for yourself, the true impact it can have when you consume these types of foods on a regular basis. You’ll be shocked, not to mention super proud of yourself that you stuck to this. You can bring small treats back in after week 3.

Step 4 – Share your progress, this is your time to make this happen for YOU!

Having that support is instrumental to allowing yourself to reach the results that you’d love to have and it’ll help you break down the obstacles that you would normally struggle with along the way.
