I was thinking about my goals today and challenging myself to think about…
If I had no fears, if I didn’t have those voices that crop up here n there telling me you’re not good enough, that you shouldn’t be putting your dreams and goals before other things…
Those voices that convince us to put ourselves last, our health, our bodies and fat loss, our businesses, our passions on the back-burner…
Those self-sabotaging thoughts that we all experience that can prevent us from living a life that is genuinely fulfilled.
If I had none of this how would I be living?
What would I be doing?
How do I envision my life being?
I like to call myself out on my fears and on “stuff” that holds me back.
Just like everyone else, I experience doubts… And yes sometimes I’ve had regrets for not moving forward with something amazing because I scared myself out of it.
Sure it’s easy to brush off your ultimate goals as being a total fantasy and simply not possible.
And sure, it’s easy to give up on those dreams totally…
But what if… just for a fleeting moment, it could become a reality?
And not some fairy tale pie in the sky something-or-rather…
Instead it absolutely could be and is possible.
Truth is, we often expect everything to be perfect before we can envision the ultimate life / scenario.
And if it can’t happen overnight (or happen the way we specifically want it to), then we shove it to the side.
Fact is, there is no “perfect” dream life, no “perfect” body… no perfect anything.
AND THAT’S A GOOD THING… not a bad thing.
Think about all the lessons in life that you’ve grown from, due to things not being perfect. And how you can apply them to making amazing changes to your future.
Expecting your journey, everything to be perfect and fall into place 1000%, without any hiccups here n there, and telling yourself that any other way is unacceptable or is failure… Is self sabotage.
We both know that putting consistent goal specific steps into action creates results. Right?
Always aim to give it your best shot, set plans and goals to make your fat loss lifestyle work.
And ALWAYS KNOW that unexpected “hiccups” happen. Accept that and keep on putting in the “best you can” effort anyway.
When you set your goals, put the fears aside…

UNDERSTAND that believing and knowing that by taking the steps to make those goals happen, you’re already starting to live that goal life and have that goal body you want.
Because every goal and journey needs to start somewhere. And without you starting, it can’t become a reality.
