If you’re not sure what my “Get OUT of shape / Get BACK into shape” experiment is all about or haven’t been following this journey of mine…

So I “let myself go”, got out of shape… And then started the “get back into shape” phase. SEE BELOW…
What I normally look like (ON THE LEFT) and what I looked like (ON THE RIGHT) after the “GET OUT OF SHAPE” phase of the experiment.
The get out of shape phase was the hardest because of the toll it took on my body.
The getting back into shape has been challenging, but awesome. And has gone by pretty quickly too.
Between injuries (non-training related) and grieving I’m pretty impressed with my progress. 🙂
