No Room To Move Workout (Donga Workout) – Stretches

It’s a good idea to stretch every day, but it’s critical to stretch after exercise. Exercise is great for the body, but using your muscles causes them to become stiff and tight, unless they are stretched after use. A long-term lack of stretching even causes muscles to shorten in length, resulting in muscle imbalances and chronic pain.

Hold each stretch for around 15-30 seconds and focus on relaxing as much as possible during the stretch. Breathing deeply can help you relax and improve the effectiveness of stretches. If a muscle is really tight or causes you pain, stretch it at least twice per day.
