I know this sounds strange…
But when you consider the amount of time wasted on not sticking to a fitness program, trying to find quick fixes, getting frustrated because of roadblocks and the constant up and downs and feelings of “I’ll never get into shape”… It kind of makes you think about how many hours, days, years have been exhausted on this ongoing battle.
Here’s what I want you to do RIGHT NOW!!!
Run through the following list and complete the BLANK SPACES below with a “TOTAL” amount in either time or dollars spent:

I’m not trying to be horrible here, my sole goal is to help you, so please don’t be offended. So many people battle with this and it helps to put things into perspective for you.
Think about this…
Those in your life who have been affected by your decisions and actions in regards to your merry-go round of struggling fitness efforts… and the affects from that.
Have you missed out on years of fun with your family because you were too afraid too get involved and participate in activities with them?

Have you been miserable, doubting your self-worth because of your weight or body image… and it’s affected your relationship with your partner?

Have you stayed at home and made excuses – choosing not to attend social functions with your kids, partner or even on your own – because you didn’t have anything to wear, felt self conscious and didn’t want folk to see you out of shape, (especially if they are “in shape” – which makes you feel even worse)?

It’s scary when you add it all up – the cost is probably way higher than you realized!
Sadly, you can’t turn back time.
But HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN DO TODAY!!!
Increase the value of YOUR time. Make it count. This is YOUR life AND TODAY you can change it!
You have folk around you that depend and value you. The impact and roller coaster ride of continually trying to get into shape including self doubt, feeling insecure and unhappy, ill health, loss of energy can take away from the quality of life you could be having with the people you love.
You need a quality realistic plan that you can put into action. You need to make YOUR quality PLAN thrive, and thrive well for YOU!
Make it work in with family, use it to have fun with your children, friends and pets. Get organised, get productive with your fitness regime and allow your friends and family to support you in it. Let them be a part of your success.
IT’S NEVER EVER too late to turn things around… changing your life is an exciting, challenging and joyous journey — especially when you see and reap the personal and fitness rewards you and your family gain from your efforts of valuing your time.
