Mandy’s Food List

Oats – traditional oats (not the quick cook oats or sachets)
Gluten Free Multi-grain Bread
Flaxseed Meal
Gluten free or multigrain / wholegrain tortilla / wrap

Organic Natural Yoghurt  or Greek Yoghurt
Organic Low Fat Yoghurt
Low Fat or Skim Milk

Egg Whites (aim for organic and free range)
Whole Eggs (aim for organic and free range)

Raw Almonds
Raw Pecans
Raw Walnuts
Raw Brazil Nuts
Macadamias – only in moderation

Apples
Blueberries
Bananas
kiwi fruit

Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
Cherry Tomatoes
Red Onion
Baby Spinach Leaves
Broccoli
Cucumber
Sweet Potato
Asparagus

Red Wine Vinegar
Dijon Mustard

Lentils
Organic Red Kidney Beans (be careful with tin beans, you may need to rinse them before you use them to wash off all the salt in the liquid in the tin)

Free Range Organic Chicken Breasts
Lean Red Meat: minced beef, steak

Prawns
Scallops
Salmon

Organic Almond Butter

Supplements Mandy takes…

Vanilla Protein Powder (I use organic, but you can whatever you like)
