1. Choose 5 nutritionally supportive (fat loss and lean muscle) recipes for meals that you love to eat. For each meal, multiply your ingredients by 8.
2. Create the meal. Then portion it up into 8. Keeping one for your meal that you’re going to eat immediately. Then portion up the following 7 into containers and freeze them.
3. Follow the above steps for the following 4 nights.
This gives you plenty of variety with your home made “ready to go” meals.
So what if you have a family… ?
You can multiply the portions by however many family members you have. Just means more ingredients. Making that bit extra.
