One of the biggest steps to reaching your fitness goals is actually getting started. And I don’t want that to be your obstacle any more – because throwing something as important as your health, and how you feel about yourself, on the back-burner – to put it simply – sucks.
You lose your self-confidence and you become really disheartened about what you really want in life… and you keep going through that self-destructive cycle of wanting to take action but giving up before you even begin.
So let’s start changing that!

No excuses. That’s what this membership is about. And that’s what I’m here for. I’m genuine when I say this…
This is NOT one of the many crappy memberships out there where you join, and you’re told you’ll be able to speak with someone… BUT when you make several attempts too – you either NEVER hear back (you’re left wondering if the person has skipped town), you’re made to feel like you’re your questions are trivial, OR you’re even made to feel like you’re being a pain the butt for asking.

How To GET STARTED:
STEP 1
This is VFT’s Directory of Members Workouts. Here you have access to ALL of the workouts in VFT’s Private Membership. Choose which ever one of the workouts you prefer that addresses your fat loss and lean muscle goals.
If you’re not sure, then email me. And if you don’t see something that’s specifically addresses your fat loss and lean muscle goals … then let me know and we’ll get onto it asap, including creating a new workout that suits those requirements. I’m not kidding here… That’s how passionate we are to help you. I personally don’t know any memberships like VFT’s that will offer this type of service.
STEP 3
Then go to the following – Mandy’s Eating Plan, Mandy’s Food List and the Menu and Recipe Ideas:
And start planning out your meals, a food shopping list and write down any ideas or recipes you want to incorporate into your eating plan.
a. If you’re already experienced with training and consuming a fairly clean eating plan then you’ll probably prefer to hook into both asap.
b. If you’re a newbie, then decide to either do the workout or your eating plan first. And choose which ever you prefer – either nutrition or workout, as the one you’re going to get started on.
For example: If you find that exercising motivates you more, then do that first for a week or two. Just making some slight changes to your eating. Then you can implement your eating plan properly after that. Yes, of course, eating and training work hand in hand… but the last thing you want to do when you get started is overwhelm yourself.
This is something you want to do for the long term… so taking a few extra weeks for it to fall into place, is fine. It gives you time to iron out the kinks and get organized with what you need to change along the way. You’ll see where you run into “hiccups” and then plan ahead for them, so you don’t continue to end up in the same situation over and over again.
Remember you want to have fun with your new workout and eating plan. 🙂 You’re doing this to help you get into that swimsuit, show off your waistline, your shoulders and legs, improve your lean muscle, reduce your body fat… Enjoying the benefits both health-wise, mentally and physically of your new program.
Don’t take yourself so seriously. What most people don’t realize is that NO ONE gets everything right straight up – not even elite athletes, not fitness models, and not guys and gals in photo shoots… they all mess up, have obstacles and have to overcome them. That’s just life.
So don’t feel that because you have things that seems to get in the way, that you can’t do this… because that’s simply not true.
You can absolutely achieve your fitness goals, and myself and the VFT Community are by your side to help you.
STEP 4
Coaching Call Webinars… you’re probably wondering why does Mandy include these in the membership? Especially when these experts usually charge the earth for their time. And how will Members benefit from them? Well the answer is simple…
Along your journey you’re going to find that there are more specific things you need help with. I want you to share with me what they are.
It’s so important that you don’t just go “oh well, I can’t do this because..”, or “I can’t find where this is covered here”… and just give up…
…Because it’s these things that will make or break your results and is what normally prevents you from achieving your goals. Better to nip it in the bud and get help so you can get cracking on moving forward… Instead of reverting back to old habits.
That’s why I bring in Experts especially to address specific topics that I know you need help with.
For example: Nutrition Experts, Fat Loss Experts, Lean Muscle Experts, Motivation Experts, Transformation specialists and more… Plus real life stories and cases from folk who have done it and know the journey that you’re going through.
Whether you’ve got 10 questions or 30 questions – I’ll ask them in the coaching call webinars and get them covered for you. Just let me know….It’s not often you’ll get this handed to you on a platter… but I want to do this for you. Because I know the difference it makes.
